THE GIG:
In conjunction with the Brand Marketing Manager, you will manage, develop and implement Omnichannel marketing to drive a seamless consumer experience at a Global level. Turning insights into opportunities through a comprehensive understanding of the consumer, brand and retail landscape. This role focuses on generating ideas that simplify, streamline and enhance the shopping experience, creating frameworks and initiatives aligning with the brand strategy

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART:
Strategic direction and co-operation
  • You will develop the global strategy and objectives for Omnichannel marketing to drive a seamless consumer experience. Ensuring brand presence in all channels is in line with brand objectives.
  • You will research and develop marketing opportunities that connect retail and digital to ensure we are leading the way
  • You will oversee the Global Omnichannel calendar to ensure marketing and brand initiatives are being adopted and implemented across regional markets.
  • You will create the Global framework for store openings to ensure they are in line with the Global brand vision
  • You will oversee regional trade shows to ensure execution is on brand, and develop where necessary
  • You will build the strategy for Outlets across campaign, windows, promotions and imagery needs.
  • You will assist in driving the business with top wholesale accounts by collaborating with regional marketing teams to develop the strategy and build brand alignment for key account marketing.
  • You will co-ordinate the collaboration projects across channels to ensure maximum coverage and amplification.
Execution
  • You will be responsible for the creation of the Global retail window to wall strategy including development of seasonal guidelines
  • You will create seasonal and monthly overviews/reports to assist with local staff training.
  • In collaboration with regional marketing teams you will create seasonal and monthly imagery guidelines and sign off imagery placement in new stores and during seasonal change outs.
  • You will oversee the development of seasonal/non seasonal POS and work with regional marketing teams on implementation
  • You will manage Shop in Shop programme from design, development to production
Reporting
  • You will collaborate with regional teams to set KPI’s for retail marketing and ensure reporting and analysis is completed each month and fed into the Global Brand team for assessment, learnings and actions.
  • You will define KPI’s and analyse success of brand campaigns within the retail channels to provide future actions and recommendations.
