The HR Team are the champions and guardians of this culture and are passionate about driving change that really makes a difference to our business.
You will provide a first class generalist HR service to our London based Group population; delivering commercial, proactive and timely support. The population includes Global Marketing, Product & Creative, Finance, Legal and Reboot. You will take the lead on the people element of key projects. You will take the lead on People Analytics
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART:
To be successful in this role you will have experience of operating at a senior business partner level in a fast paced global multi-channel organisation. You will understand the people challenges within a retail setting (or similar) and know how to steer management teams through change.
You will be a natural influencer and a trusted advisor and you must be able to show that you can build relationships across operations and work with a range of senior stakeholders.
Your communication skills will be second to none. You have the ability to translate strategies into working solutions and make change happen. Not only are you able to support on the full range of HR issues such as dispute resolution, talent management, organisation design and transformation, you will also be able to work with other subject matter experts to drive improvement whilst keeping your eye on the bigger picture.
As part of this role you will also spearhead our people analytics work and confidently scrutinise and evaluate the results in order to offer meaningful insights for change. This isn’t about number crunching. This is about but being able to see the story behind the metrics.

Similar experience within a generalist HR role, supporting a head office population. Know what good looks like.
Great coaching skills, with the ability to support managers through any ER issues
Be a confident communicator, resilient and adaptable, and ready to embrace and support regular and ongoing change
Have the confidence and credibility to take the lead and challenge or influence when necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge of HR Management Systems (HRMS)/data bases
Well organised with strong time management and prioritisation
Occasional travel required
