Digital Marketing Manager EMEA

Responsible for leading all activity across our online marketing channels to drive traffic towards the DM websites within the EMEA region. Optimising digital marketing budgets to deliver revenue growth as well as customer acquisition and retention by creating engaging digital campaigns.
  • You will analyse the performances of our digital marketing campaigns across the EMEA region, create actionable insights to drive improvements and share key learnings with the e-commerce team in weekly trading meetings.
  • Together with the Head of E-Commerce, you will manage the digital marketing budgets and relationships with different external agencies to continuously optimise spend, improve ROI ensure targets for the channel within the region are met and ensure the best deal for Dr Martens
  • In collaboration with the content and merchandising teams, you will plan and execute seasonal digital marketing campaigns to deliver trading messages across the different marketing channels including weekly E-Mails, PPC, affiliates, display.
  • You will work closely together with the merchandising and content teams as well as the brand marketing team to co-ordinate digital marketing activity, especially e-mail and social campaigns, to ensure consistent brand messaging whilst optimising return.
  • Together with internal marketing and content teams, as well as support from our ESP, you will develop strategies and execute activities to drive growth and engagement of our existing customer databases. Responsibilities include:
  • Strategy development to drive sign-ups for new markets
  • Execution of competitions in E-Mails and on-site to enrich database and drive additional sign-ups
  • Implement best practice data segmentation and personalisation activities to increase relevance and performance of marketing e-mails

  • Proven experience in managing and optimising relationships and spend across external agencies

  • Fluent in English – other European languages beneficial
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use Google Analytics
