E-Commerce Assistant



THE GIG

Working as an integral part to the e-commerce team to assist and partner with the marketing, content and merchandising teams to execute digital campaigns that engage consumers and drive commercial return.

 

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

 

  • You will work with the marketing, content and merchandising teams to create briefings for central marketing services, ensuring digital imagery is consistent across different channels.

     

  • You will provide assistance to ensure that all elements of content work are completed on time and within guidelines and briefs created

     

  • Together with the E-commerce Content Coordinator, you will utilise our CMS to keep content across the different regional websites updated, relevant and engaging.

     

  • In collaboration with the merchandising team, you will execute key learnings identified by other team members to optimise merchandising across the different websites.

     

  • You will support the different functions in the e-commerce team carrying out ad-hoc analysis to create actionable insights to drive business performance.

     

  • You will assist the e-commerce team in running the digital channels on a day to day basis. Responsibilities will include:

     

    • Maintaining seasonal marketing, promotional and content calendars
    • Checking and approving product information across different regions
    • Creating compelling and seasonally relevant product categories
    • Selecting and implementing assets to drive traffic towards key stories
  • You will carry out regular competitor analysis and share key learnings and insights with the e-commerce team in weekly trading meetings.

Some experience in a digital or e-commerce role

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Understanding of Javascript beneficial

     

  • Experience in e-commerce trading beneficial

     

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail

     

  • A strong team working and collaborative approach

     

  • Fluent in English – other European languages beneficial
