SALES SUPPORT MANAGER - AMERICAS



THE GIG

You have a background in sales, sales support or customer service. You have a few years of experience under your belt and are hungry to grow your sales career. You are willing to learn the balance of working with wholesale accounts, selling to distributors and supporting independent sales reps. You get the Dr. Martens brand and are excited to support internal and external teams in enhancing Dr. Martens footprint in Canada and Latin America.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Supporting overall sales goals by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales targets.
  • Providing input, guidance and direction to assist external territory sales representatives.
  • Partnering with sales representatives to establish monthly customer targets by region.
  • Together with sales representatives reviewing, analysing and participating in strategic development of accounts.
  • Establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with accounts on behalf of the brand; building strong professional relationships with account decision makers.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Consistently communicating and implementing marketing programs and initiatives within the region.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Three+ years’ experience in direct, outside or territory sales or as a manufacturer’s representative
  • Best in class communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with a strong team mind-set
  • Ability to create business plans, forecasts and manage to budget
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 40%+
