Managing direct-to-consumer retail marketing activation within the greater NYC Market

  • Working collaboratively with VP US Marketing and the US Retail Store Operations Team to support individual marketing plans for owned and operated retail stores in NYC.
  • Managing retail windows, merchandising and POS programs.
  • Planning and executing events for direct Retail that drive traffic to stores and increase awareness in store markets.
  • Managing individual project budgets, work-back schedules and approval processes for internal and external creative resources.
  • Briefing external creative resources and/or internal creative services on marketing programs. Providing feedback for updates and submitting for approvals.
  • Working with Social Media Manager to ensure store locations and activities are represented and celebrated within Social channels.
  • Supporting our New York market strategy; working closely with team members to provide support for retail and brand activities within the market.
  • Providing monthly and quarterly reports highlighting product, marketing and consumer trends for the NYC area.


Managing wholesale retail marketing programs for NYC based locations

  • Working collaboratively with the VP US Marketing and US Sales Team to support individual wholesale accounts.
  • Developing point of sale materials for retail accounts and trade shows.
  • Helping manage and support retail accounts with key marketing initiatives.
  • Working with NYC Visual Merchandiser to support and enhance Brand presentation within NYC wholesale retail.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications with 2+ years of consumer brand and/or retail marketing experience. Footwear or apparel industry experience preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of media, advertising and brand positioning at retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify trends and connect strategy, branding and creative into consumer and retail solutions.
  • Experience with retail marketing via product merchandising, fixtures, and POS strategies.
  • Self-motivated with ability to establish personal rapport and build strong business partnerships via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
  • Able to manage projects, meet deadlines, and manage to budget.
  • Able to travel throughout the US up to 20% of the time.
