  • Partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Anchor Park, Credit/Purchasing and wholesale/international customers to identify and implement value-add, floor-ready services, and premium supply chain distribution methods. 
  • Partnering with the Sales team management to optimize sales opportunities and revenue growth
  • Proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities for each member of the sales support team; developing and distributing various reports and analyses to assist them in achieving their daily and overall goals
  • Generating, analyzing and interpreting reports along with providing ad-hoc reporting to the sales team and partners as needed
  • Ensuring wholesale retail vendors and international vendors are aligned with current Dr. Marten’s routing guides, processes, and documents, as well as a working knowledge of our Wholesale accounts and ensuring accounts are complete and meet all industry guidelines.
  • Developing people and processes (IE; Compliance, SOP, Guidelines, and Procedures) in a platform to create success within the team and organization
  • Providing insights and recommendations for business systems (ERP) and processes
  • Managing the order-book through the use of software systems like Diver, JBA, Excel, Word, and AX
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting to the sales team and partners as needed

  • BA/BS Preferred or an equivalence of 7-10 years of industry experience in Vendor Program Management/Risk Management, preferably in the footwear and apparel industry.
  • At least 1-3 years experience in a leadership role 
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management programs, processes, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Superior interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external vendor relationships
  • Effective positive verbal and written communication skills with specific experience and effectiveness interacting with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including the ability to create reports with database and/or spreadsheets (must have strong Excel skills, macros, VLOOK-UP, pivot tables, AX/Dynamics 360)
