Senior Sales Support Representative

  • Providing sales support to our Sales teams by phone, in writing and electronically
  • Developing and maintaining high-level business partnerships with our Sales team management to insure clear order management execution 
  • Partnering with the Sales team management to optimize sales opportunities and revenue growth
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of our Wholesale accounts vendor portals 
  • Managing the order-book, for our Wholesale and Retail teams, through the use of software systems like Diver, JBA, Excel, Word and AX/Dynamics 365
  • Establishing and leading weekly conference calls with sales partners (i.e.Managers and Sale Representative)  
  • Identifying and coordinating resources to resolve routine and moderately complex problems
  • Generating, analyzing and interpreting reports in addition to providing ad-hoc reporting to the sales team and partners as needed
  • Addressing and resolving escalated customer issues in a timely and appropriate manner, consistent with company values 
  • Acting as a liaison between internal and external teams for matters related to the Wholesale channel
  • Communicating all services and features we offer to our Wholesale partners
  • Helping resolve vendor compliance issues

  • Bachelors’ degree or some college and equivalent work experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required 
  • 3 to 4  years of Sales Support experience in a Wholesale customer contact position, preferably in the footwear or related industry
  • Advanced time management skills that enable the handling of multiple competing priorities
  • Team player that demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively in a group to achieve a common goal
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills 
  • Experience with problem-solving and complex issues
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently without a high amount of direction
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including the ability to create reports with database and/or spreadsheets (must have strong Excel skills, macros, vlookup, pivot tables, AX/Dynamics 365)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to listen well and present information clearly to others
