Sales Operation Coordinator

THE GIG

As part of our awesome Sales Operations team, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand, and Finance teams to provide seamless operational assistance to our Wholesale partners across the UK region.

You will be based at our EMEA Regional Head Office - a multifunctional and dynamic workspace - in vibrant Camden, London.

As our Sales Operation Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the main contact for customer and departmental queries, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution with Sales, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Managing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, resolving issues and meeting delivery requirements.
  • Handling customer queries and returns, safeguarding quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data, aligning with teams across credit, supply chain, and warehousing to meet customer needs.
  • Providing updates and reports, addressing challenges, and supporting colleagues, as necessary.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Proven experience in B2B/Wholesale operations or customer service environment within the fashion/footwear industry, with proficiency in D365 (a bonus!) or similar system and solid Excel skills (pivot tables; run/review reports).
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Develop: build on your strengths and superpowers while stepping outside your comfort zone to foster growth and development for yourself and colleagues.
