Asset Coordinator EMEA

THE GIG

  • Lease coordination: Reporting of critical dates for contracts (renewals, expiries, notice period, and other deadlines)
  • Coordinates finance accounting for rental objects to ensure payments are made on time (rent/service charge payments, turnover reporting, …)
  • Manages all related contractual documentation (archive maintenance)
  • Coordinates all actions required with legal department (external and internal)
  • Accountable for keeping all contractual documentation up to date in the lease database (management and follow up)
  • Coordination and follow up of all litigations related to asset management (business rates, indexations, charges, insurance claims …)
  • Coordination of external relationships with landlords , co owners , insurance…
  • Coordination of relationships with internal stakeholders for relevant inquiries (treasury, finance, legal, construction…)
  • Supporting in finalizing negotiations of rental contracts
  • Ensure legal monitoring

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Law degree in real estate + ideally a first experience in a multi country environment
  • Experience in working with international retail brand within property or expansion team
  • Strong understanding of asset management within retail environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Autonomous , organised , reactive , solution driven , rigorous , with a retail business awareness
