The Next Generation

Every year we open our doors to the next generation of Dr. Martens Shoemakers. Based at our famous Cobbs Lane factory, successful applicants to our Apprenticeship programme will learn the DM’s Production process from start to finish.

At the end of the 12 month apprenticeship you’ll be qualified to work as a footwear operative within the factory. All we ask is that you’re friendly with great communication skills, an eagerness to learn and above all, a passion for Dr. Martens.

Apprenticeships run from September each year, with applications accepted from February to April. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview between May & June.
