US Head Office - Portland
Portland, Oregon is the home to our US Head office. Here you’ll find Marketing, Human resources, Wholesale, IT, Product teams and more – all working closely with our global teams in London.
Camden is the home to our Global Head Office. Opened in 2017, it’s unique design & environment embodies the creative, rebellious spirit we are so well known for and houses our Product, Design, EMEA and Enterprise teams to name but a few.
Our Northampton office is based in the same building as the historic Cobbs lane factory – it is a workplace with a real slice of Dr. Martens Heritage, and is home to a number of departments including Sourcing, Finance, Shipping and our Laboratory.
