Within the context of our recently defined Reward Principles and Framework, this role will support our new Reward function and helping to keep us one step ahead. You will be our subject matter expert, providing analytical support, proactively developing and improving reward tools and processes.
It’s not all about the numbers. At Dr. Martens we never stand still and so there will be plenty of opportunity to co-ordinate a number of reward projects as we progress our Reward Strategy. We want to create and deliver innovative Reward and recognition programmes that celebrate the individuality of our teams and members of staff. We expect to attract and retain the best talent in our industries and this role will provide valuable insight into how we can continue to stand out from the crowd.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART:
To be successful in this role you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role either as a specialist or analyst and be a ‘best in class’ professional in key reward disciplines such as job levelling, benchmarking, pay reviews, tax/legal regulations and benefits.
Your numerical and analytical skills will be exceptional and you will be able to provide meaningful and commercially relevant recommendations using both quantitative and qualitative data. You must also be able to demonstrate your ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders across countries.
