Every year we open our doors to the next generation of Dr. Martens Shoemakers at our famous Cobbs Lane factory, in Northamptonshire (UK). Successful applicants to our Apprenticeship programme will learn the DM’s Production process from start to finish.

On successful completion of the 15 month apprenticeship you’ll be qualified to work as a footwear operative within the factory. All we ask is that you’re friendly with great communication skills, eager to learn, have a passion for making things and above all, for Dr. Martens.

PAY AND PERKS

The pay for the apprenticeship is significantly higher than for most equivalent apprenticeships.
