  • Participating in defining the Americas region product strategy and tactics related to market penetration, segmentation, distribution, assortment planning, pricing and margin plans.
  • Conducting and analysing market research, building detailed product presentations and briefs for Global Design Team, ensuring Americas regional design needs are met.
  • Conducting retail landscape research for competitive insights and regional trends.
  • Providing administrative support with internal data management systems, including:
-       Managing style creation process in JBA
-       Coordinating, ordering and administering distribution of samples
-       Maintaining price list in JBA
-       Liaising with global team regarding seasonal system details
-       Managing product classification
-       Assisting sales team with product specifications for online accounts
  • Acting as Americas region point of contact for all product related communications, including requests for SMU’s.
  • Ensuring Head of Product has visibility into ongoing communications and requests, responding to requests within set time frame and managing and tracking SMU performance.
  • Partnering closely with Head of Product to coordinate and champion the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of the Americas Strategic IGTM.
  • Supporting the Head of Product at global product launches.
  • Managing the Portland Showroom.
  • Acting as ambassador of the Americas region internally and externally.

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ year’s relevant product and/or merchandising experience
  • Understanding of merchandising, product and Go-To-Market formulation
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Proven ability to conduct/analyse research related to product, classifications, market/competitors, consumers and channels of distribution
  • Demonstrated strategic problem solving and interpersonal skills; able to influence areas outside of direct control
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership experience aligning strategy and managing team performance
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
