You have expertise in leading, developing and implementing a project from beginning to end! You will be responsible for managing both the functional and technical workstream leads through the phases of the project, while also working closely with the system implementation. You will partner with regional teams to ensure the project is on track against the plan. You will manage the US rollout of a global ERP template from design validation to successful deployment, while also leveraging lessons learned from previous rollouts in EMEA. 


This role is full-time and benefits eligible but it is also a limited duration, to help the Dr. Martens Americas as we go through an ERP transition. The approximate duration of this role is October 2018 through July 2019. 



  • Planning and scheduling project timelines & resources while ensuring that all milestones and tasks are met as planned
  • Collaborating with system implementation partner and other key stakeholders
  • Tracking project actions and deliverables using appropriate tools to monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders
  • Escalating changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs to Design Authority/ Programme Lead/ Steering for approval prior to updating plan
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project RAID log
  • Working with the Programme Lead & Workstream Leads to deliver accurate status reports in a timely manner
  • Developing and supporting the workstream leads to carry out their responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Working with the Programme Lead to ensure the project is appropriately resourced through to post-go-live stabilization
  • Collaborating and partnering with System Implementation Project Manager to ensure that milestones are met
  • Ensuring all teams/stakeholders involved in delivering capability on the project are working to the appropriate timelines

  • Experience leading large diverse complex ERP projects preferably within organizations.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Technical background with experience leading both functional and technical teams
  • Experience with a range of software (Excel, Word, MS Project, Smartsheets, Google Docs etc.) & project tools (Jira, Visual Studio Team Services/ Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, Slack etc)
  • Detailed and analytical skill to deliver high value/impact projects
  • Ideally experienced in project management within the fashion industry
  • Experience in partnering with a diverse team from different business areas.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility quickly with stakeholders across the business and maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively others
