We are recruiting a Sales Operations Analyst.  This position will be based out of our Portland Office in the Pearl District and will report to the Sales Operations Manager. 

Key Tasks Include:

  • Providing daily, weekly, quarterly and seasonal operations reports, KPI updates, adhoc reports, and forecast data for senior leadership. 

  • Collecting, manipulating, summarizing, and communicating weekly sell-thru results for targeted key accounts.

  • Providing meaningful sell-thru insights that drive action/change in behaviour, ultimately leading to greater sell-in and improved sell thru.

  • Owning innovative thinking, and leading the development of standardized best practice reporting, tools, and control methods.

  • Working with the Product and IT teams to ensure integrity of data (e.g. pricing).

  • Assisting with special projects focused on operational effectiveness (e.g. Go to Market Calendar).

  • Collaboratively prioritizing projects according to business needs and tracking progress toward project milestones (e.g. seasonal catalogue process).

  • Working cross-functionally to gain commitment and alignment on all initiatives.


Key Requirements & Competencies Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 2+ year’s relevant planning, analysis or related field.

  • Experience in retail, apparel, fashion, or footwear industry.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, and good understanding and experience with retail math and retail financial drivers.

  • Highly advanced skills in Excel and reporting software, with specific expertise in building pivot tables and visuals.

  • Experience working with Business Intelligence systems (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

  • Ability to think cross functionally and develop creative solutions in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to be detail oriented and accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from managers, stakeholders, cross-functional business leaders, sales representatives, peers, clients, and customers.
