You are a motivated sales professional with past experience working with lifestyle brands. You have successfully managed showrooms and are often referred to as the product know-it-all. You know the players and the consumers and how to reach them. You are a successful partner in leading and driving sales goals. You get the Dr. Martens brand and are dedicated to providing best-in-class account management to your accounts. 

 

 

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Developing and implementing sales and account management strategies for assigned territory
  • Determining account priority, service levels, and order type to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
  • Compiling and analyzing sales information 
  • Preparing monthly sales and territory pulse reports for assigned territory
  • Expertise in product merchandising/segmentation for respective account(s)
  • Understanding of consumer target, customer connection, competitive landscape, including Omni-channel executions.
  • Understanding of retail math to help lead the customer’s business.
  • Weekly and monthly monitoring of product delivery, with a swift response to account and internal inquiries/concerns.
  • Managing LA showroom to invite, attract and appeal to various consumer groups 
  • Building relationships and providing best-in-class customer service.

  • Degree in business, marketing, management or similar field 
  • 5 or more years’ sales experience working with large volume national and independent accounts
  • Ability to create business plans and manage to budget  
  • Demonstrated account and order management skills
  • Manage the LA showroom, in close partnership with the marketing and product teams

  • High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite 
  • Ability to travel domestically 50%+, as well as travel internationally (as required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
