SO, WHAT’S THE STORY?

We’re on an exciting journey to elevate our eCommerce consumer experience. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional planning and delivery of a key strategic programme that will shape the future of our digital experience.

THE GIG

As our Strategic Programme Manager, you will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Elevating eCom CX programme across multiple functions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and project managers to define objectives, scope, and timelines.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes through robust governance and KPIs.
  • Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across diverse teams.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Proven experience in programme management within a large and complex, cross-functional environment, with significant experience managing digital redesign programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
