THE GIG
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join Dr.Martens as a Marketing Intern that will report directly to the Marketing Manager for France.
This role will be based in Paris and will have the duration of 6 months (from January 2026 to June 2026).
We expect you to be an integral part in building the Dr.Martens brand in France and you will contribute to make Docs as the most desirable premium footwear brand in the country.
You will support to implement our marketing plans and contribute to deliver our commercial objectives - in France, with a specific focus in Paris.
Working as part of the French Marketing team, you will work internally with central Marketing, DTC and Sales teams as well as externally with 3rd party agencies (production, PR etc).
This is an exciting opportunity for an entry- level Marketing professional.
Put simply, in this role you will:
- Liaise with Retail and Ecom teams to support retail footfall, Ecom sessions and database growth by delivering localised content and activations, aligned with the product calendar.
- Support the PR agency to drive brand heat, by connecting with the right communities, with the right products
- Liaise with the B2B sales team to implement trade marketing activations with a selection of partners, aligned with the product calendar
- Support brand marketing initiatives, and amplify them with relevant content for our social & digital platforms
- Liaise with Social team to amplify our local activations on global social channels.
- Measuring our performances (KPis, reports, brand metrics)
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
- Bac+4 (min)
- You are rigorous, KPI driven with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to dive deep on subject matters to provide thoughtful and comprehensive recommendations for a variety of complex situations.
- Fluent English & French is essential.
- Interest and/or experience in Social Media.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Interest and/or experience in Fashion & Culture, especially among Paris spheres of influence.
- A high standard of IT literacy is required. Knowledge of graphic designs is appreciated in order to speak the same language of our Creative Services.
