Global Retail Project Lead

THE GIG

We’re looking for a Global Retail Project Lead to drive the planning, briefing, governance, and creative alignment of key retail initiatives that elevate our brand across physical spaces. Working across Retail Experience & Creative Studio, you’ll ensure new store openings and global retail enhancements are executed with consistency, creativity, and precision.

This is a pivotal role that blends design vision with operational rigour- overseeing the rollout of new retail formats, guiding store design application across regions, and ensuring our spaces reflect the brand in bold, compelling ways.


As our Global Retail Project Lead you will be responsible for:

Project Leadership & Governance

· Lead the end-to-end project management of global retail projects, including new store concepts, new retail initiatives, GWP programmes.

· Build and maintain robust project governance structures- from timelines to milestone tracking- ensuring smooth cross-functional delivery.

· Use project management tool Asana to manage workflows, dependencies, stakeholders, and programme documentation.

Creative Alignment & Store Design Governance

· Govern the application of global store design principles across regional executions- reviewing layouts, guiding design intent, and ensuring alignment.

· Act as brand custodian across all physical environments, upholding creative excellence while adapting to local nuances.

· Own creative approval processes and feedback loops with key stakeholders.

Fixture Development & Toolkit Delivery

· Lead fixture prototyping processes- briefing, testing, refining, and approving for rollout across various formats.

· Manage the distribution of finalised drawings and toolkit materials to regional teams for production and deployment.

· Partner with Procurement to value engineer fixtures and tools- delivering premium outcomes within cost and scale targets.

Collaboration & Brand Expression

· Be the central connector between Retail Experience, Creative Studio and regional teams- ensuring clarity, cohesion, and momentum.

· Brief internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver impactful environments across showrooms and office spaces.

· Partner with Facilities to ensure branded environments reflect our identity with precision.

· Experience in global retail environments, store design, or visual merchandising project leadership.

· Strong understanding of the physical retail landscape, from concept to execution.

· Confident working across cross-functional and international teams.

· A sharp eye for design and detail, with the ability to balance creative ambition and operational feasibility.

· Organise: prioritise demands, manage time effectively, and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Influence: share ideas confidently, listen empathetically, and adapt approach to resonate with others, bringing positivity and strong communication skills to inspire enthusiasm.
