SO, WHAT'S THE STORY?


From sourcing raw materials, manufacturing, and delivering our brilliant products to customers, including handling returns, you will work closely with the Quality leadership team and key stakeholders to define and manage the quality system, as well as the creation and control of documentation. This includes addressing quality issues through root cause analysis and data analytics to enable standardization and enhancement of our Quality Standards across the Integrated Supply Chain.


As a member of our Quality and Compliance team, you will support the ongoing development of the Quality strategy and work in developing processes, policies, procedures, and best practices through project management. You will ensure compliance with these standards by developing, communicating, training, and embedding them, ensuring our Quality Standards are always fully compliant with both internal and external requirements.



THE GIG


In addition to having relevant qualifications and significant experience in managing documentation, coordinating training, consolidating data, and generating reports, with a strong understanding of quality processes within a Quality Supply Chain environment, including working with T1 and key T2 suppliers as well as distribution centres (DCs), you will demonstrate strong skills and be able to quickly build effective relationships and influence key stakeholders both internal and external business. This will ensure engagement and compliance with agreed processes, policies, and standards, driving continuous quality improvement. You will have a passion for data and an analytical mindset, a drive for continuous improvement, and a resilient personality, as you will play a key role in ensuring that the high standards we set for operational excellence are consistently met

Key areas of responsibility will be:


Documentation Management

  • Develop, revise, and control quality system documents (SOPs, Policies, Manuals, Inspection protocols) together with Quality Managers.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with footwear, accessories industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain document control systems and archives, ensuring traceability and version control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Materials, Sourcing, Distributions) to ensure documentation reflects current practices.


System Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage implementation and maintenance of electronic Quality Management Systems and platform such as SharePoint, PLM, Pivot88.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, especially those related to footwear, accessories production and materials.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline documentation and reporting processes.


Training Coordination

  • Maintain and update training matrices for quality-related competencies.
  • Organize and track training sessions for quality procedures, compliance, and footwear and accessories specific standards.
  • Assist in developing training materials tailored to footwear, accessories manufacturing, audit and inspection.


Data Consolidation & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Sourcing, DCs, PBI data team to collect and consolidate quality metrics (e.g., return defect rates, AQL audit findings, customer claims, customer returns under PBI)
  • Consolidate data to identify trends and drive corrective/preventive actions.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

To be our Senior Quality Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of process creation and delivery, and passion for Quality System management and documentation, an analytical mindset about the quality continuous improvement and as well as a professional and flexible approach to work including travel to and work from different locations as required.You will also have the following:


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in quality systems management and document control, experienced in the footwear manufacturing processes, lab testing, materials, inspection process and criteria is a plus.
  • Excellence in the process and system audit such as in coming inspection, production processes and AQL program
  • Experience working with quality systems, tools, and digital platforms such as SharePoint, Pivot88, and PLM. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements.
  • Knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, lab testing, materials, inspection process and criteria.
  • Excellence in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
