As our DTC Product Admin Assistant, you’ll be part of the Product Planning & Allocation team, working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into DTC Product Planning Manager You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers — today and tomorrow.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving our consumer centric strategy. Everything you do will help elevate the DM experience — whether you’re enabling teams, improving processes, influencing decision making, or crafting moments that matter for our consumers around the globe.

The DTC Product Admin Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the product merchandising team. This role ensures accurate data management, timely reporting, and smooth execution of merchandising processes across the product lifecycle. It underpins the team’s ability to deliver consumer-centric assortments and maintain operational efficiency.

You’ll help us push boundaries, raise the bar, and keep the spirit of DM alive in everything we deliver.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our DTC Product Admin Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate product, stock, and allocation data in systems.
  • Reporting: Generate and update reports on sales, stock levels, and product performance; share insights with the team.
  • System Proficiency: Use tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, D365, Power BI) to support team requirements.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to processes and maintain high standards of data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, store operations, and Supply & Demand teams to resolve issues and support launches.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Numerical & Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and produce accurate reports.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with merchandising systems is an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
