WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE


This position contributes to the Finance function by initially taking primary responsibility for Accounts Payable (AP) activities within the Accounting team, while progressively expanding ownership into FP&A areas.

In the initial phase, the role focuses on ensuring stable financial operations, strong data integrity, and compliance through hands-on ownership of AP, payment operations, and month-end activities. As the individual builds a solid understanding of the business and financial processes, the scope of responsibility will gradually expand to include planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

By enabling accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes, this role supports our consumer-centric strategy, allowing the business to focus on delivering great consumer experiences. High-quality financial data and continuous process improvement help teams make better decisions that ultimately benefit the consumer.


Core Accountabilities (What the role is accountable for delivering or leading)

1. Deliver accurate and timely Accounts Payable and payment operations.

2. Lead and drive improvements to AP and expense reimbursement processes and systems.

3. Own and support monthly financial closing and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and providing reliable financial data to support audit and FP&A activities.

4. Support FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

5. Act as a finance business partner, providing financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

1. Solid hands-on experience in Accounting or Finance, with strong knowledge of AP and financial operations.

2. High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

3. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a lean finance environment.

4. Analytical mindset with an interest in financial planning and performance analysis.

5. Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to work with global stakeholders in English.


Decision remit (areas the role is responsible for making decisions on – consider global – local)

1. Day-to-day operational decisions related to Accounts Payable, payments, and expense processing.

2. Judgement on accounting treatments and issue escalation during month-end close.

3. Recommendations on process improvements within Finance operations and reporting.
