The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR Lead for the DACH region, ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes and an excellent employee experience. This role is critical in maintaining accurate data, supporting compliance and enabling efficient HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
By partnering with HR colleagues and business stakeholders, the HR Assistant helps drive consistency, accuracy and responsiveness in HR operations—supporting engagement, retention and organisational effectiveness. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers — today and tomorrow.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver efficient HR operations across administration, employee lifecycle, and data management — including maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and supporting onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, compliance, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, legal adherence, and timely escalation of complex queries.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees, resolving HR queries, supporting process improvements, and helping implement new HR initiatives.

- Organised and detail‑driven, ensuring accurate HR admin, compliant documentation, and smooth handling of multiple priorities.
- Clear, confident communicator who builds strong relationships, solves routine HR queries quickly, and knows when to escalate.
- Tech‑savvy and discreet, using HR systems with ease while safeguarding sensitive information with absolute integrity.
