As our Senior Analyst Functions FP&A, you’ll be part of the GSCTP & Brand Finance team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Functions FP&A. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

You provide high‑quality financial insight, planning and performance management for central corporate and brand functions, including Global Supply Chain, Technology, People, Brand and other enabling teams. By translating functional plans and activity into clear financial outcomes, you help leaders make informed trade‑offs between cost, capability and growth. Your role ensures functional investment is transparent, disciplined and aligned to Group‑wide priorities while supporting scalability and operational efficiency.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Senior Analyst Functions FP&A, you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver timely financial analysis and reporting for assigned functions, covering opex, headcount, productivity, investment and run-rate performance.
  • Lead elements of budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, ensuring assumptions are robust and aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Analyse cost drivers and efficiency opportunities, supporting cost discipline and highlighting risks and operating leverage across central functions.
  • Build financial models and business cases for functional investments, assessing ROI, payback and sensitivities to support decision-making.
  • Provide clear financial insights to senior stakeholders, partnering cross-functionally to improve planning processes, track change initiatives and enhance data quality.


KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with strong FP&A and management accounting experience, particularly in opex, headcount and investment analysis.
  • Advanced financial modelling capability, including scenario planning and business case evaluation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to analyse and challenge functional spend while linking activity to enterprise-wide outcomes.
  • Credible communicator and influencer, able to build trusted relationships and confidently challenge senior non-finance stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in cyclical planning environments.
