THE ROLE
You’re an experienced Digital Marketing leader and know how to get stuff done. You’re ready to steer the Americas Digital Marketing function and thrive working with both regional and global eCommerce and Brand Marketing teams. The idea of leading a team of experts for a fast paced, iconic brand makes you feel like a kid again (in a good way) because you know you’re strong in strategic and tactical execution, analysis, forecasting, and leadership. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Core Functions and Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning, forecasting, execution, measurement, and ongoing optimization of the eCommerce business by overseeing a team of channel experts across organic and paid search, paid social, programmatic/display/video, affiliates, email, direct mail and SMS marketing.
- Bring Brand Marketing and storytelling to life on digital channels with seasonal stories to support our community, product, and brand amplification.
- Partner closely with Retail Marketing to support in-store traffic driving efforts and other mutually beneficial business programs.
- Partner closely with Merchandising teams to align on seasonal product priorities and messaging.
- Align with Operations on technical product roadmaps and priorities, ensuring regional and channel-level needs are met to deliver business results.
- Collaborate with Finance and Senior eCommerce Business Partner to deliver forecasts and channel or project-level analysis to support business drivers.
- Maximize full funnel brand and product penetration within efficiency targets. Oversee Customer Data Platform (CDP) alongside digital channel leads to ensure customer segmentation, RFM, LTV, CAC and ROAS efficiencies are maximized.
- Oversee and analyze weekly and seasonal performance, ensuring digital KPIs inclusive of traffic, revenue, spend, and ROAS are pacing to targets. Provide relevant guidance and/or adjustment recommendations to the team.
- Oversee and continuously evaluate external agencies and/or vendor relationships to ensure optimal ROI and best in class output – inclusive of regular contract negotiations.
- Develop members of the Digital Marketing Team; supporting individuals to meet professional and personal growth goals as appropriate; continuously challenging to sharpen their skillsets, ensuring leading-edge tactics necessary to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Provide thought leadership on key marketplace/competitor insights and emerging tech to inform plans and adoption where applicable. Support ad hoc projects to support the wider business, such as marketplace expansion, technical integrations, etc...
Experience & Qualifications:
- Inspire People – A passion for coaching and supporting their team’s growth and development.
- Build Connections - Proven experience with collaborative strategic planning. Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solution-oriented mindset. Strong analytical, verbal, written communication skills. Enthusiastic, passionate, creative, and committed.
- Think Like A Custodian - Experience harvesting consumer insights to activate digital marketing strategies to target new consumer markets.
- Deliver Results - Experience managing large media budgets and meeting/exceeding monthly goals for spend, revenue, customer acquisition, and other key performance metrics. Proficient with the following tools/platforms: Excel, Google Analytics 360 (or GA4), CRM, Google Adwords, SEMRush, Meta, email (Klaviyo), SMS (Attentive a plus).
- Pedigree - Degree in marketing or a related field preferred. 10+ years of experience managing a brand’s digital marketing strategy required.
- International travel up to 5%; domestic travel up to 5%.
- Ability to work at a standard computer set up 40+ hours per week with or without accommodations.
