SO, WHAT’S THE STORY?
This role is pivotal in enabling our CEO and Chairman to focus on driving the business forward, ensuring smooth operations, shaping strategy and steering transformation at pace.
This is a 15 month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave.
THE GIG
You will provide high‑level, proactive and confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, optimising their time and focus on strategic priorities.
As our Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chairman you will be responsible for:
- Proactively managing a complex, fast-moving calendar and high-volume inbox for both the CEO and Chairman.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including Global Leadership Team sessions and quarterly off-sites.
- Organising international travel across multiple sectors, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders and preparing presentations, reports, and communications.

- Proven experience supporting a CEO in a publicly listed, fast-paced, international environment.
- Advanced IT proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom) and strong written and verbal communication.
- Discretion, integrity, and confidence in managing senior stakeholders coupled with flexibility, resilience, and proactivity, with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Influence: share ideas confidently, listen empathetically, and adapt approach to resonate with others, bringing positivity and strong communication skills to inspire enthusiasm.
