We’re looking for a Global Social Community & Insights Lead who lives and breathes social culture, understands internet trends, and knows how to tell stories that resonate. You’ll lead our global social community presence - setting strategy, overseeing creative and campaign execution, building meaningful audience relationships, and ensuring our platforms reflect the brand’s bold, authentic spirit.
As our Global Social Community & Insights Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and evolving the global social community strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Facebook and Reddit - ensuring every interaction strengthens brand love and advocacy.
- Championing community-first thinking, bringing real audience insights into campaign planning, creative development, and brand storytelling.
- Owning brand voice and engagement, working closely with social customer service teams to deliver consistent, authentic, and culturally relevant conversation with our global audience.
- Overseeing community management - nurturing existing fans, identifying new advocates, and driving initiatives that grow and energise our social following.
- Owning global social reporting and insights - delivering regular reports that translate data into actionable recommendations
- Monitoring cultural and social trends, identifying opportunities for the brand to show up meaningfully in moments that matter.
- Leading the social escalation process by actively identifying potential brand risks on social media and ensuring timely escalation to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure insights drive decisions and community perspective shapes campaigns.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Experience in social strategy, community management, and social insights, ideally in a global brand environment.
- Expertise in multi-platform storytelling and adapting content for Instagram (Stories, Reels), TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, and emerging channels.
- A strong track record of building and engaging online communities through authentic, culturally relevant content.
- A skilled communicator who is confident in presenting strategies, creative concepts, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to combine creative concepts with analytical thinking to drive brand and commercial impact.
- A strong understanding of Sprinklr (or similar tools) and the ability to translate metrics into meaningful stories.
