THE GIG


Responsible for creating all manual orders that are delivered to our stores via Parcel Carriers.


THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART


  • You will be fully trained on D365, Excel, Power Bi & Dr Martens Analytics to provide you with the necessary resource/information required for the role.
  • Generate Manual Orders using Excel Macros.
  • Generate Reports on Orders and raise any issues to the Assistant Branch Merchandiser.
  • Manage minimums across all Accessories over peak.
  • Manage all communication with stores on their Orders.
  • Work closely with the ABM’s and logistics team to identify any issues created by the manual ordering system.
  • Support the Branch Merch team in an admin capacity to make sure all stores have the right stock for peak.

· Ability to complete repetitive tasks with professionalism

· Numeracy and analytical skills:

· Commercially minded, proficient in reading, interpreting, and analysing numerical data.

· Excel & Office program knowledge preferred but not essential.

· Clear, effective written and spoken communication skills.

· Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team & build effective working relationships.

· Well organised with a good attention to detail.
