As our Senior Finance Analyst – Benelux & Nordics, you’ll be part of the Finance teamworking closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Finance Business Partner – UK & Ireland. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
As Finance Analyst for Benelux & Nordics, you are the regional commercial finance partner supporting decision‑making across retail, digital and wholesale channels. You provide high‑quality financial insight, forecasting and performance analysis to drive profitable growth, improve margin quality and support disciplined cost and inventory management across these markets.
Working closely with the UK & Ireland Finance leadership, as well as local General Managers and Commercial teams, you translate strategic priorities into clear financial plans, identify risks and opportunities, and enable timely actions to optimise revenue, margin and cash outcomes. Your role ensures financial rigour while supporting a consumer‑centric, market‑right execution approach.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Senior Finance Analyst – Benelux & Nordics, you will be responsible for:
- Owning monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc performance reporting for the Benelux & Nordics region, covering revenue, gross margin, operating costs and profitability across channels.
- Leading forecasting, budgeting and rolling outlook processes, ensuring alignment with Group guidance and regional commercial priorities.
- Providing actionable commercial insight across trading performance, margin, pricing, promotions, channel mix and operating costs, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Partnering with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to manage working capital and inventory, while developing financial cases and assessing ROI and payback for regional investments.
- Acting as a trusted finance partner to regional leadership and cross-functional teams, supporting business reviews, maintaining data integrity and driving continuous improvement across financial planning and reporting.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Strong financial analysis skills, with experience in P&L management, forecasting and variance analysis within a multi-channel environment.
- Strong commercial understanding of retail, digital and wholesale economics, including pricing, promotions, margin and cost drivers.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate financial outcomes into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience working with large data sets and financial systems, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills, with a proactive, curious and detail-oriented approach and the confidence to constructively challenge assumptions.
