As our Senior Finance Business Partner DACH, you’ll be part of the Commercial Finance team working closely with brilliant people across the business. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving our consumer centric strategy. Everything you do will help elevate the DM experience - whether you’re enabling teams, improving processes, influencing decision making, or crafting moments that matter for our consumers around the globe.
You’ll help us push boundaries, raise the bar, and keep the spirit of DM alive in everything we deliver.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Senior Finance Business Partner DACH, you will be responsible for:
- Commercial leadership & governance: Act as lead finance partner to the DACH GM, owning end‑to‑end market performance (revenue, margin, opex, working capital and profit) with strong controls, reporting, risk and opportunity management.
- Planning, performance & decision support: Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning; run monthly performance reviews with clear variance drivers; provide timely, consistent insight to support market strategy and execution.
- Value creation & capability build: Drive margin optimisation, ROI discipline and go‑to‑market decisions (pricing, promotions, channel mix); partner cross‑functionally to improve forecast accuracy, inventory and cash; develop strong commercial finance capability and succession.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Commercial finance expertise: Deep experience in multi‑channel retail/consumer environments, with strong knowledge of DTC and Wholesale economics, P&L management, inventory, working capital and cost control.
- Strategic influence & execution: Proven trusted partner to senior leaders; strong commercial judgement, modelling and scenario planning; able to turn data and insight into clear strategies and operational plans.
- Leadership & communication: Strong people leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills; confident communicator who simplifies complex financial topics; fluent in German and English.
