THE GIG

• Sales Achievement 销售达成

Meet sales goals and analyse sales performance to determine the needs and actions of the business 完成销售目标,同时分析销售表现以确定业务需求及行动计划

Set individual goals of sales staff, and continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned target and maximize productivity goals. 制定人员个人目标,并不断激励员工达成以最大化店铺的销售产出

Play an active role on the selling floor, ensure the development and improvement of sales staffs’ selling skills and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise 在店铺内起到积极地销售引导作用,充分了解产品知识,并保证员工的销售技巧的提升与发展


• Customer Service 客户服务

Ensure all sales provide the highest level of customer service and maintain constant communication through utilizing current store CRM data base 确保员工提供高水平的顾客服务,并充分利用店铺顾客信息与顾客做持续性的沟通

Resolve all the client problems and complaints efficiently and assist sales with various customer service issue 有效的解决各类客户异议及客诉,并协助员工解决顾客服务中所遇到的问题

Empower sales staff for new customer acquisition and engagement with loyal customer 支持员工开展新会员招募及老顾客维护


• Store Operation 店铺运营

Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed, control store expenses and maintain budgets 确保店铺遵循相关现金管理流程,控制店铺日常开支及预算

Ensure deliveries are properly processed and monitor the movement of all stocks to meet inventory accuracy 确保货品妥善地调转,严格把控存货动态,确保库存准确

Properly execute all management POS functions and make sure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate POS usage and maintenance 合理使用 POS 系统的所有管理功能并确保员工能够熟练、恰当地使用并维护


• People Management 人员管理

Recruit and train staff ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel. 招聘并培训员工,以确保店铺所有职位都能及时录用符合资格的人才

Continually evaluate the performance of each staff and provide constant feedback to ensure results 不断提高每位销售人员的工作表现并持续提供反馈以确保员工表现

Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary 必要时与 HR 部门及时、有效地解决店铺人员问题


THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:

• College Degree and above with 3-5 years retail management experience, preferably related to footwear business 大专及以上学位,3-5 年零售管理经验,有鞋类相关经验者优先

• Experience managing staff, assessing performance and thorough knowledge of retail operations. 具有管理员工,评估业绩及全面零售管理经。

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, retail systems and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. 精通 MS Office 软件和零售系统,具有良好的口头和书面沟通能力。

• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and accept travel arrangements 可以接受弹性工作制及出差
