Merchandising Admin Assistant

THE GIG

You’ll be looking at Sales Performance, Intake and DTC Stock levels on a daily and weekly basis. You'll be responsible for supporting the DTC Merchandising Team in all product merchandising administrative activities in order to maximise availability, sales and profitability across the DTC channels.

  • You will be responsible for Seasonal & Continuity Intake and the movement of stock in and out of the physical and virtual warehouses
  • You will manage all new season launches, aligning with Product on launch dates and liaising with the Branch Merchandising and Ecommerce teams weekly
  • You will manage Ecommerce Item Coverage to ensure maximum availability
  • Supporting the team on collaborations managing intake dates and tracking stock
  • Liaising with the Supply & Demand Team to ensure availability, specifically Continuity, is maintained at +95% availability
  • Working alongside the Supply & Demand Team to prioritise intake into the business, and report back to Merchandising team on key changes
  • Managing stock movements across warehouses (physical and virtual) alongside the inventory management team in our warehouse
  • You will support the Merchandising team with Price Management, including uploading and managing price files for full price and Outlet stores
  • You will support your Team in the production of Weekly and Seasonal reporting to all stakeholders, and Ad Hoc analysis required by the business

  • Numeracy and analytical skills:
  • Commercially minded, proficient in reading, interpreting and analysing numerical data
  • Competent with Excel & Office programs
  • Clear, effective written and spoken communication skills
  • Well organised with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team & build effective working relationships
