Outbound Logistics Coordinator (Roosendaal)

Dr. Martens is a globally recognisable and culturally influential British brand, with over 60 years of rich heritage. As brand custodians, we are lucky to work for a dynamic, thriving, and ethical business, with people from diverse backgrounds, who bring their true selves to work, and where anyone can grow their career.

We are guided by three core values that are at the heart of everything we do: be yourself, act courageously, and show you care. They make us who we are and inspire us to push boundaries, embrace our individuality, and stand up for what's right.

THE GIG

As a key member of our brilliant EMEA Outbound Team, based at our Distribution Centre (DC) in Roosendaal, Netherlands, you’ll make sure our iconic Dr Martens boots (and more!) get to destinations across the EU. You’ll be coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers and DCs to keep our logistics sharp, smooth, and always on time. It’s fast-paced, it’s hands-on, and you’ll be at the heart of the action!

As our Outbound Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating outbound shipments, approving transportation bookings, and tracking deliveries from our DCs to final destinations.
  • Monitoring freight forwarder performance through weekly/monthly KPI meetings.
  • Supporting freight tenders to optimise costs and assisting in onboarding new carriers to enhance Dr Martens’ logistics capabilities.

Dr Martens is a British brand so business level English skills are a must.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to keep things running smoothly.
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or DC roles is a bonus.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office/2 days WFH)
  • Welcome to the family free pair of Docs
  • 65% off all Docs
  • Private healthcare
  • 2 paid volunteer days per year
