As our Senior HRIS Analyst for the Americas region, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we manage and enhance our employee experience through technology. This isn’t just a systems role—it’s a strategic function with real impact on how we operate locally and globally.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking People team that’s driving innovation across HR, Payroll, and Tech. Together, we’re building a future-proof foundation for our workforce—one where digital tools empower people, data drives decisions, and systems just work. If you’re ready to bring precision, problem-solving, and a passion for HR tech to a brand, this could be your next step.

You won’t just be maintaining a system; you’ll be building the digital backbone that powers how we support, develop, and grow our people. From global operations to on-the-ground teams, your work will fuel smarter decisions, faster processes, and a better experience for every employee.

Your mission is to own and optimize Dayforce, our global HR system. • Act as the primary system administrator and trusted expert for Dayforce in the Americas region.
  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of key modules—HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solution designs, test changes, and lead successful implementations.
  • Own or support upgrades and feature releases—identifying risks, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring smooth rollout within the region.
  • Serve as the point of contact for external vendors and Dayforce, assisting in integration, testing, maintenance and resolutions as needed.
  • Lead on troubleshooting integration issues with HR Operations, Payroll, Tech, and beyond.
  • Manage and resolve system issues, working directly with Dayforce support and tracking requests through ServiceNow.
  • Partner with the People Data Lead in maintaining system integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase system efficiency and user experience.

Project Support

  • Serve as a Dayforce subject matter expert on global and regional HRIS projects.
  • Lead or support the implementation of new modules and functionality that support our evolving HR strategy.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and deliver custom reports and dashboards in Dayforce, enabling data-led decision making across the business.
  • Collaborate with business partners to interpret insights and support strategic people planning.

Training & Support

  • Create and maintain engaging user documentation, training materials, and “how-to” guides.
  • Deliver effective training sessions to HR users and people managers—building confidence and capability across the system.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure data privacy, payroll, and HR compliance across system processes and updates.
  • Stay current on Dayforce functionality and HR tech trends, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with teams across HR Operations, Payroll, Tech, and beyond.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels—translating complex issues into practical, people-focused solutions.
  • Bring a thoughtful, analytical approach to every request—validating needs, identifying gaps, and challenging assumptions when needed.
  • Embrace a collaborative spirit and pitch in wherever needed—because at Dr. Martens, we do things together.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

We’re looking for someone who’s not just great with systems—but someone who sees HR tech to empower people, drive change, and make things work better.

  • Deep expertise in HRIS systems—especially as an administrator or power user of Dayforce, across modules like HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, with a knack for turning problems into opportunities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into smart, user-friendly system solutions—you speak both tech and people.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboards in Dayforce or similar platforms—data fluency is key.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices—especially in global environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to HR data, payroll regulations, and system security.
  • Experience managing tickets and requests via tools like ServiceNow—you keep issues moving and stakeholders informed.
  • And just as important, you are:
  • A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across HR, Tech, and business teams.
  • Curious and constantly learning—excited to keep up with system changes, industry trends, and new functionality.
  • Bold enough to challenge assumptions, yet thoughtful enough to do it with respect and data to back you up.
  • A problem-solver who brings structure, calm, and clarity to complex situations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, ever-evolving company that encourages ideas, autonomy, and action.
  • Passionate about building inclusive, empowering digital tools that make a difference for real people.
