We are currently seeking a Global Visual Merchandising & Training Lead to join our Global Marketing team. The Global Retail Experience team creates the strategy & tools to achieve a premium, engaging and consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints in the retail journey.
With a focus on elevating the retail experience at Dr. Martens, we now are looking to drive Global VM guidance and consistency instore ensure we are showing up in the best way for our consumers and our brand. To accompany this guidance we are looking to land this through engaging training that romanticises our product and stories to our store staff globally.
We need someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment is essential. This person will have a love for retail, our product and to be a part of its future at Dr. Martens.
