This role sits in Culture and Engagement, within the Global Talent team. Their ambition is to ignite Rebellious Self Expression by attracting, engaging and developing the very best talent, and enabling them to thrive at DM’s and deliver results. We are now at a hugely exciting phase of our evolution, as we continue to scale our business to deliver our ambitious DOCS strategy.
THE GIG
We are looking for a Culture and Engagement Lead with a passion for people and organisational culture as well as a sweet spot for the DM's brand to join us on a temporary basis. This role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the implementation of our Employee Listening Strategy and influence how we design, develop and manage the implementation of employee listening activities. You will provide consultancy on and drive the embedding of our global employee feedback activities, as we look to relaunch our employee listening approach at DM’s.
