In the Americas region, we are focused on elevating our retail operations through strategic optimization and data-driven decision-making. We are entering a critical phase of refining store performance, streamlining processes, and driving efficiencies across our footprint. This includes setting clear financial targets, enhancing reporting capabilities, and aligning store operations with broader business goals.
Our team is deeply involved in the details—understanding the unique dynamics of each store, leveraging tools like StoreForce and Excel to build robust reporting, and collaborating closely with field leadership (Regional Leadership Team, Store Managers, Finance Business Partners) to ensure alignment. While we celebrate strong communication and teamwork, we also value the ability to make tough calls—especially when it comes to managing payroll and Profit and Loss.
THE GIG
- Develop and distribute weekly StoreForce payroll and revenue targets to maximize store conversion and revenue.
- Monitor store performance weekly, analyzing revenue, KPIs, and payroll to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with FP&A to forecast bottoms up Store revenue planning, KPIs and operating expenses for annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Partner with HR and FP&A to manage store headcount planning, hiring budgets, and wage compliance across states.
- Responsible for leading the development and uploading of monthly store bonus targets to StoreForce platform and structures; approve final bonus payouts in partnership with FP&A and HR.
- Analyze current business practices to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of optimization initiatives across the retail fleet.
- Review and assess real estate proposals and lease agreements with a performance lens.
- Build and maintain advanced reporting tools using StoreForce and Excel to support data-driven decisions.
- Support compensation planning by reviewing budgeted costs and identifying performance-related adjustments.
- Conduct market research using placer data and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional partners, including Retail Leadership, Store Managers, HR, and Finance.
- Occasionally travel to stores and leadership meetings to stay connected to field operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader retail strategy.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
- Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and payroll planning.
- Proficiency in StoreForce and Excel, with the ability to build and interpret complex reports.
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Retail teams to align on headcount, compensation, and performance targets.
- Ability to analyze store-level PnLs, set KPIs, and drive accountability through clear, actionable insights.
- Clear, concise and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization with excellent follow up.
- A strategic thinker who can zoom in on store-level details and zoom out to see the bigger picture.
- A collaborator who builds strong partnerships across departments and isn’t afraid to have tough conversations when needed.
- A process improver who sees inefficiencies and takes action to streamline and optimize.
