Sales Operations Coordinator - Benelux

THE GIG

We are looking for an outstanding Wholesale Sales Operation Account Coordinator to come and work with us looking after our accounts in the BNL market.

You will be working closely with our Sales, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand and Finance Teams.



THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Manage all daily activities and be the key point of contact for enquiries from wholesale customers and other departments. Working closely with Sales Teams, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand teams to ensure relevant information, issues, process changes are promptly dealt with.
  • Answer all wholesale customers enquiries, consistently keeping direct contact with wholesale customers, promptly providing them with all required information and tak­­­ing action where appropriate.
  • Ensure prompt, timely and accurate input of customers’ orders within given deadlines.
  • Highlight any problems/errors identified on customers’ orders and ensure customer order details are validated.
  • Release orders according to allocation coverage, customer requested delivery date, the customers’ shipping and fulfilment requirements and company target needs.
  • Handle returns of goods following the company’s guidelines.
  • Regularly report to Team Leader workload status, addressing issues which need to be solved.
  • Maintain the ship-to customers’ master file and data.
  • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure full conformity to customer requirements and efficient handling of account. Liaising with credit department to ensure that queries are resolved promptly and with Supply & Demand to ensure full- and on-time coverage of orders.
  • Provide any cover as necessary for other staff members within the team (i.e, holidays, sickness, etc).
  • Support and assist any colleague/s and department if required.

  • Experience in a B2B accounts role in the fashion/footwear industry.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and performance-based environment.
  • Able to manage and build interpersonal relationships.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is also preferable but not essential.
  • Innovative, agile, adaptable mindset and willing to embrace change.
  • Possess a customer first orientated mindset.
  • A team player.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Hybrid working offered- 3 days in office required a week.
