Meet sales goals and analyse sales performance to determine the needs and actions of the business 完成销售目标，同时分析销售表现以确定业务需求及行动计划
Set individual goals of sales staff, and continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned target and maximize productivity goals. 制定人员个人目标，并不断激励员工达成以最大化店铺的销售产出

• Store Operation 店铺运营
Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed, control store expenses and maintain budgets 确保店铺遵循相关现金管理流程，控制店铺日常开支及预算
Ensure deliveries are properly processed and monitor the movement of all stocks to meet inventory accuracy 确保货品妥善地调转，严格把控存货动态，确保库存准确
Properly execute all management POS functions and make sure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate POS usage and maintenance 合理使用 POS 系统的所有管理功能并确保员工能够熟练、恰当地使用并维护
• People Management 人员管理
Recruit and train staff ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel. 招聘并培训员工，以确保店铺所有职位都能及时录用符合资格的人才

Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
• College Degree and above with 3-5 years retail management experience, preferably related to footwear business 大专及以上学位，3-5 年零售管理经验，有鞋类相关经验者优先
• Experience managing staff, assessing performance and thorough knowledge of retail operations. 具有管理员工，评估业绩及全面零售管理经。
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, retail systems and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. 精通 MS Office 软件和零售系统，具有良好的口头和书面沟通能力。
