Digital Trade & VM Coordinator

THE GIG

Working as part of the Digital Trade and VM team, you will be responsible for the contributing to trading performance and online visual merchandising of your sponsored market and categories, ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the EMEA websites.

We’re looking for new members for our trading team passion for online the customer journey to support our strong Digital growth plans, who have enthusiasm for data, the brand and a commercially driven mindset.

DAY TO DAY

  • You will action the day to day VM activity online, ensuring that products are merchandised to a high standard to align with consumer interest and trends, trade and business goals.
  • You will act as a trade sponsor for our sites in the Nordics, attending virtual weekly meets with the regional team and feeding back insights from market.
  • You will assist the Ecommerce Operations Executive with the weekly launch of newness.
  • You will assist in actions from site walks, maximising commercial opportunities from reporting to ensure the most cohesive customer journey, with a mobile first mindset.
  • You will build on the merchandising catalogue, creating new product listing pages and suggesting opportunities for capturing trends and SEO terms.
  • You will nominate product and assist in briefs to marketing channels in planned and ad hoc trade reactive activity.
  • You will work alongside your Trade team, Store VM, Merchandising, CRM, Content, Paid Social and publishing teams to ensure all products, assets and links are provided within briefs in a timely manner and merchandised to a high standard.
  • You will prepare and present weekly and ad hoc trading information to the team, identifying any trading related actions.
  • You will own and update the trade calendar in accordance with regional trading events and product launches.
  • You will pro actively work with the DTC merchandising teams to ensure stock opportunities are maximised for the Digital Channel.
  • You will work alongside the Ecommerce Manager to ensure all creative and assets are briefed ahead of season, ensuring to capture nuances by market.
  • You will monitor trade for regional websites, making recommendations and spotting any missed opportunities.
  • You will assist in the setup of trading events and promotional activities.
  • You will be a point of contact for Customer Services for any ad hoc product or regional queries.
  • You will undertake AOB as requested by the Ecommerce Management team.

YOUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES

  • Trade driven commercial mindset, with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Comprehensive attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and VM tools beneficial but not essential.
  • HTML knowledge beneficial but not essential.
  • Keen interest in fashion beneficial.
  • A quick learner, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Great relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork
