THE GIG
As an Account Manager within the BNLX Sales Team you will have the opportunity to help shape the brand future within your local market. You’ll be working in the heart of Amsterdam’s city centre alongside the local team.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the strategic vision and goals for your account base and market.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all opportunities related to Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations are heard and quantified within your territory. You will own the end-to-end management of your accounts, which will include a mix of existing bricks-and-mortar independent retailers, key accounts & new business generation aligned with the EMEA strategy.
The primary goal is to ensure that all seasonal and yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives are met.
- Develop and build strong strategic partnerships with your market specific account base.
- You will own and lead the strategic account plan for your territory, ensure complete execution and align seasonal initiatives to the overall EMEA GTM Strategy.
- You will lead the implementation of strategic plans within your territory and amongst your account partnerships.
- You will master the commercial fundamentals and operational process to ensure the brand performs with the highest agility within your account partnerships.
- You will establish and maintain strong working relationships while collaborating with internal channels and their key stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales Operations).
- Nurture profitability within your account partnerships in line with key metrics and brand guidelines
- You will drive the assortment planning and segmentation process with your accounts, in line with the defined distribution policy, to ensure market differentiation and establish a foundation for future sustainable, profitable growth.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
- You bring a strong passion for sales and account management
- You are collaborative yet self-motivated, able to thrive both in a team and when working alone
- You have excellent commercial & negotiation skills, with a long-term vision
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager in the footwear & fashion industry
- You have a proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
- You have the ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You can plan ahead, prioritise, and are organised.
- You are proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills
