Paid Social Executive

THE GIG

You are a Social Media superstar who understands the balance between Brand and business performance. You know the ins and outs of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest both from a paid and a content prospective and will be the first to know about emerging platforms by being close to the Social Media world at a macro level. As a key component of the overarching EMEA objectives & Marketing strategy you will work closely as part of the Paid Social team to work on channel strategy, execute plans in collaboration with country teams, share insights, track KPI’s and optimise in order to consistently drive performance.

In short, you will drive the brand presence and conversion activity on Paid Social, particularly on Meta, following our EMEA digital-first social strategy. You will work closely with the trade team to ensure our demand and traffic KPIs are met.

  • Work closely with the Paid Social Marketing Manager to implement Social Media strategies, primarily on Meta, ensuring we drive product heat and desire.
  • You will work with your team to develop our technical digital capability, constantly improve our ROAS and beat revenue targets.
  • You’ll be experienced in conducting audience testing, market analysis and optimising campaign performance.
  • Build and manage campaigns (in real time) across multiple Social Media channels. Ability to pivot and optimize daily is important.
  • Support with briefing content suitable for all paid social channels – always keeping channel best practices in mind.
  • Work with Country Marketing Managers to create and activate Social Media comms aligned to overall multi-channel Local comms plans
  • Analyze and track paid social campaign performance using our social media listening tool, GA and other in-app dashboards.
  • Be curious - Ideate new concepts, formats, channels and lead the briefing and implementation process. Bring insight and rationale behind every new concept, base your ideas on learnings and your expertise of the Social Media landscape.
  • Report periodically, as well as on a campaign-to-campaign basis to ensure visibility & understanding across your stakeholder network.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Extensive experience with Meta Ads manager required.
  • Experience with TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing budgets, T&Cs, usage rights and data privacy management.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of different social content formats and channel-specific needs.
  • A good eye for social native creatives and social trends.
  • A natural communicator that can work with multiple stakeholders in tandem.
  • Experience of managing commercial performance goals through conversion activity preferred.
  • Strong analytics skills, experience tracking performance in GA and in-app dashboards required.
  • Experience managing content needs, testing, and approvals.
  • Connection with our Brand and passion for the footwear industry.
