Digital Marketing Manager, PPC & Organic Search

THE GIG


Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, PPC & Organic Search, this role is responsible for all aspects of planning and executing biddable marketing across, but not limited to, Google Ads, META, TikTok and Microsoft Ads (search, shopping, paid social, programmatic display & video) and supporting Organic Search in the Americas region (US & Canada).

  • Run and set up paid search, paid social, display and video campaigns, including but not limited to Google, META, TikTok and Bing (evaluate opportunities to expand campaigns to additional platforms).
  • Closely monitor media budget and spend throughout each period to ensure budgets are not exceeded.
  • Own relationship with SEM agency and US stakeholders ensuring that best practices are followed, and opportunities are being highlighted.
  • Provide strategic direction to Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing on marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Align performance and brand marketing strategy with business KPIs and desired outcomes.
  • Uncover optimization opportunities at every stage in the digital marketing funnel and keep an integrated view on SEM with organic search input from our team’s SEO lead.
  • Be versed in customer data and how customer segments can be used to maximize media spend, targeting/segmentation, frequency and efficacy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Global SEO Analyst to support any ongoing projects in the US region.
  • Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing partners to ensure marketing stories are activated smoothly across all paid channels.
  • Collaborate with external media partners (e.g., Google, META) to ensure campaigns are activated smoothly and to industry best practice.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., e-commerce merchandising, brand marketing, etc) on upcoming promotions, categories, product, and brand campaigns.
  • Manage and develop campaign reporting, testing roadmaps, forecasting and insights to collaborators on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Experience in working on campaigns with performance and direct-response KPIs, such as revenue and ROAS objectives.
  • Understand the Paid Search landscape, and be able to drive diversification of platform usage across your client base.
  • Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience managing paid search, paid social, display and video campaigns in META, Google and Microsoft Ads at an agency or in-house with large media budgets and meeting/exceeding monthly performance metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using Excel to analyze campaign performance on a weekly basis.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and departments.
  • Proactive mindset with ownership of projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Can work autonomously but collaborate efficiently within a matricized organization.

Preferrable:

  • Experience working in TikTok
  • Experience in Programmatic
  • Knowledge of Supermetrics
  • Dashboarding experience (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Power Bi)
