THE GIG
Reporting into our Executive Assistant and working closely with the Chief People Officer, you will support, partner with and represent the HR department as well as work with stakeholders at all levels across the business. This 6-month fixed term contract is an impactful role working in a very busy and fast paced environment. You will be part of a committed and passionate, supportive and collaborative HR team.
As our HR Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Administrative and operational duties such as organising team meetings and managing the HR Team calendar
- Raising and receipting POs, setting up new suppliers, coding invoices and obtaining approval in order to liaise with Accounts Payable.
- Drafting and collating crucial business presentations, communications, and reports, utilising accurate data collection and knowledge of key business processes and priorities staying aligned with Internal Comms.
- Managing end to end travel bookings for the team including arranging flights, accommodation, taxis etc
- Managing the onboarding process for all new members of the team
- Assisting with ad-hoc project management activities when required
- Providing support to the EA to the CPO with key administrative and coordination tasks related to the Chief People Officer’s priorities
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across the business and with external partners.

- An expert communicator both written and verbal
- Experience confidently supporting and collaborating with senior C-suite stakeholders and external non-executive board members at a global level
- The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues, understanding that discretion is key at all times
- A flexible approach to work, especially when working to deadlines and business activity across various time zones
- The ability to work well under pressure, stay self-motivated, and manage upwards
