We are on the look out for experienced Floor Managers to join us across a number of our London locations.
In our world, these are known as 'Team Leaders' as the role focusses largely on leading and driving the team on the shop floor day to day.
Don't be fooled by the title; our Team Leaders are very much part of the Store Management team and are remunerated as such’
Supporting both the Store Manager & Deputy Store Manager, our Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring the customer experience is memorable for all the right reasons and act as service role models to the rest of the team.
You’ll lead the team from the shop floor with a coaching mentality and find innovative ways to keep the team engaged and energised.
