Stockroom Assistant (30hr) - Carnaby Street

We are on the lookout for a Stockroom Assistant to join our Carnaby Street team for 30 hours per week.


This role does require start times from as early as 6am. Please consider this before application.



THE GIG


You will be supporting a stockroom coordinator for the efficient operations of the back of house areas as well as supporting your shop floor colleagues whenever possible.



THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Maintain impeccable stock room standards, contributing to the wider performance of the store by ensuring product can be easily and promptly located.
  • Play a key role in loss prevention: conduct regular line checks, faulty checks and assist with stock takes.
  • Process deliveries in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a correct stock file using the inventory system provided.
  • Assist on the shop floor when required; provide an excellent customer experience, demonstrate a natural approach to sales, act as a role model and brand ambassador, and ensure store targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Adhere to all H&S guidelines to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environment.
  • Play an active part in cultivating a great working environment within your store, working closely with your team.

To be our Stockroom Assistant you will also possess these qualities;

  • Proven experience in a Retail store
  • You will preferably have previous stockroom or operational experience with an understanding of stock inventory management would be highly advantageous
  • Detail and process-orientated
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • An enthusiasm for Docs and confidence to share this with our customers
  • Professional, but also authentic and fearless!
