Brand Studio Operations Manager

THE GIG

This is a brand-new role in an expanding team and unique opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and owning the initial workflow processes. If you’re passion is taking charge of operations and workflow this is the perfect opportunity to do so with a globally renowned brand.


Reporting to the Head of Studio Production, you will be pivotal in managing workflow. You will be responsible for project resource allocation across Creative, Design, and Production teams, triaging project briefs, assessing capacity, and assigning resources to ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered seamlessly.


As our Brand Studio Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversight and management of the Brand Studio team’s workflow, ensuring seamless coordination across departments giving clear ownership of responsibilities for each team member
  • Overseeing assigned budgets for freelance and agency support and managing financial and legal processes when onboarding new suppliers
  • Continuously assessing and improving the overall efficiency of the Brand Studio, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and streamline operation
  • Tracking and summarising project performance at a top line level using management tools such as ASANA
  • Providing regular updates to key stakeholders and Brand Studio leadership on project progress and outcomes
  • Managing the Brand Studio Operations Manager budget, driving cost efficiencies while maintaining the highest quality of work

  • Proven experience with in-house agency or studio practices with a results-driven approach to achieving business goals and building strong partnerships
  • In-depth knowledge of creative studio operations, with a strong background in the creative industry.
  • A Proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional ability to manage up and down, effectively influencing stakeholders while ensuring team accountability and performance
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex workflows and resolving challenges with clear action
  • Demonstrated leadership and management expertise, with a proven track record of commanding workflows and driving results at every level
